Hi.

I'm Shaun - I'm married, have three children, play guitar and both study and work in the IT industry. This page is just a brief overview of what you can expect from my blog and from the links to the sites I frequent as found in the links section.

This blog and the associated pages have been created as part of an assessment for Web 101 through Curtin University.

I am currently on parental leave from my job to enable me to look after our growing family while my wife continues to work. The posts made on this blog will be centred around the things I achieve or require whilst on leave.

I have decided to take my love of reading to another level by offering short reviews of books - I don't read just one particular genre I like to read crime, thriller, science fiction, fantasy, paranormal... the list goes on. Above all I'll be uploading content based around what's happening in my life. I find the immediacy of blogs and other Web 2.0 tools to be a communicative way of interacting on a lot of different levels.

I'm also setting up a page on which i'll be listing books i'm either in the middle of or looking forward to reading. I'm happy to take suggestions so please contribute via the comments or email options.
